GoogleAfter dealing with a few different agencies in our search for a rental property, Snellers really stood out from the crowd. Courtney was professional, friendly and went above and beyond to help us find the right property. We were working on quite a tight schedule and had delays getting some of the paperwork through for reference checks but the team were very understanding and didn't place pressure or additional stress on us during this time! GoogleI have used Snellers in Twickenham both for a house purchase and also as a landlord. They have been absolutely fantastic to deal with. When I purchased my property they were not pushy and did not have the stereotypical style of estate agents and were courteous and efficient. The purchase went extremely smoothly. I believe I dealt with Sorin. I then approached them to let out my property and found them to be proactive polite and secured reliable tenants and are also managing my property. Kieron Melly was absolutely fantastic and so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond in supporting me during what was a stressful time moving abroad and renting out my property. In terms of the management of my property, Anna Harrison has been absolutely brilliant. She is courteous and professional and always gets back to me and gives me assurance that my property is being looked after and well-managed whilst I am many miles away. Thanks to all the staff at Snellers.

GoogleJust wanted to say a big thank you once again to Aliyah for your perseverance, support and excellent communication in bringing Shirley Drive to exchange. It certainly hasn't been easy! Snellers have delivered and although charge a slightly higher commission l believe it's well justified as the company ( Twickenham branch) are very proactive in finding a buyer, making those calls and are determined. My thanks and appreciation to Phoebe who was initially involved and Rachael for her positivity when me met with the buyers at the property. I certainly recommend Snellers Twickenham not because we’re at exchange but for everything mentioned and their professionalism.

Having interacted with a few agents in the Twickenham area, they were by far the best I dealt with. From my first to my last interaction, they were actually a pleasure to deal with and completely changed my preconceived ideas of what agents are like. The management of my flat block was changed to Snellers in May. I was selling at the time and needed some actions from the management company. Snellers sat on the requests and nearly derailed the sale. When we queried why there was no reply to the correspondence, Snellers sloped shoulders onto the previous agents who did a great (unpaid) job. The sale went through in July, since when I have had a number of emails and letters which should be going to the new owner. When I send them back, they say they can’t change this until informed. This is stupid. They are knowingly sending out incorrect items in the knowledge that they will have to do it again.Snellers. I know you don’t do proactivity but please ASK for the change directive rather than sit there doing stuff you know will need to be redone. ADVICE: do not fall into Snellers hands if you are looking for building management

GoogleFor the past four years we've been renting out 2 properties through Snellers. I'd just like to say a huge thank you to the team at Thamesview, in particular Lee and Lisa. Becoming a landlord for the first time was a daunting experience but time and time again the team have provided sage advice, efficiency and counsel. More importantly there has always been a friendly voice on the end of the phone reassuring me that our properties are in safe hands. I would thoroughly recommend the team and Thamesview and am only sorry that we are no longer landlords- I'll miss the chats!

GoogleDisgraceful attitude from Snellers and manager Alex Wallace towards the flat they have rented out to a tenant with a massive hunting dog in an estate where dogs are legally not permitted. After Snellers were informed of the issue (over a month ago now) - they have tried to resolve it with no luck so far! While advertising of the property - no checks were done to see if dogs are allowed in the lease agreement of the flat. Disgrace to the Twickenham estate agents community!! AVOID at all cost otherwise you risking ending up as the tenant who stuck with a dog in an estate where regulations don't allow any pets, trust me she is NOT HAPPY!! Appalling negligence by Snellers with multiple households affected!! To Google and anyone concerned - evidence will be provided upon request to support this review, including video recording with the tenant (who was not told that animals legally not allowed), emails and phone conversations with Snellers.

GoogleI am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this estate agency. They rented out a property to tenants with a large dog, despite the fact that dogs are explicitly not allowed in the building as set out in the Lease document. This has caused significant issues for us as neighbours, with noise and hygiene problems that have made living here unbearable. When we raised the issue with the agency, they completely failed to address it or enforce the building's rules. Their lack of communication and disregard for the well-being of other residents is unacceptable. I would strongly advise against using this agency if you want a peaceful and well-managed living environment.
