Is Savills typically this terrrible ?!

No one showed up for a scheduled valuation on an agreed date and time without explanation, while I had to take time off from work. I sent them a couple of follow-up emails to find out the reasons, but again, no replies. I am honestly shocked by such sub - standard service and unprofessional behaviour from Savills. I hope they can give me an explanation why this can happen, if they really have customer service, not just a cheap apology.

Savills is INCORRECT, UNFAIR agency

WARNING LANDLORDS!!Savills is an incorrect, unable agency. As landlords, we are still waiting for our float MONEY back nearly for a month, but nothing has happened. (Anyway, is there any reason that a property agency holds back money on a landlord, who gave authority for withdrawing any ammount needed from the letting fee....?!) They are not just EXPENSIVE, but treat us unfairly! We decided to leave them as we think paying out our 3 months income for them, and having the half a year report after 9 months and several emails and calls......it is just not in balance.So now we are repairing the flat after the tenant who they placed to us left, we are paying the contractors, but Savills is still HOLDING BACK OUR MONEY, not sending it back to our account even after several calls, emails ....we think it is even unlawful! 🤔

This company helped me find a property to rent last year and at the end of the tenancy I was very happy with Vivian Yip's ability to keep in touch with me throughout the two months, including how to check out of the tenancy, how to clean the property and how to pay for the fees, I wouldn't have been able to check out of the whole property so easily without her help. I would not have been able to get out of the property without her help. She also kept in touch with me during the rental period to make sure that everything was going well, thank you very much for her service and thank you to Savills for helping me to find a property to rent.
