Shikha was really helpful

Shikha was really helpful. My fridge broke down and she liaised with the landlord and several people to get the cupboard out and a new fridge in. I have a busy job and could not co-ordinate being in for all the visits. However Savills are always so helpful in making sure things can happen as quickly as possible. I'm really grateful for the communication and clarity - made a stressful situation much more manageable.

I found Tanika who works as Savilles to be friendly, professional and honest also which helped me to make informed decisions for viewings that she had also organised for myself to find a rental property. I found Tanika also took the time to answer any questions that I had as I had not rented for nearly 10 years and a lot had changed in that time and this was extremely helpful in my search of a property. Peace of mind for overseas landlords

Savills have been managing my property whilst I’ve been working abroad for nearly 2 decades. I strongly recommend Savills for the consistent service they provide. The Legend of Sarah Fernandes - Property Manager Extraordinarie

Sarah Fernandes was our Property Manager. She was an excellent property manager over our 3 year tenancy. She was prompt, professional, and her communication tone was always collaborative. We generally had normal house issues during our tenancy (leaky faucet, replacement window sash) but in one extraordinary circumstance where our radiator started leaking on a Saturday, Savills arranged an emergency plumber to come resolve it over the weekend without fuss.

Never return calls!!

I have just received yet another mailing from Savills (Truro), offering their services in selling my house. This is ironic, in that we have phoned them twice to get a valuation, but no-one returns the call. If fact, last tome the office didn't answer - it rang for ages and then got put through to their nationwide coordinator. Clearly Truro were too busy to get in touch, but if they can't be bothered to try and get buyers on the books, heaven help anyone interested in trying to purchase a property!

Both the floor plan (includes garden and coloured) and photos of the property were a level above the ones we saw other agents produced. Moving is always very stressful, and my last move experience involved a very well-known major estate agent who left me in a truly terrible position with no home to go to two days before we had to move out, costing me a huge amount of money and stress, so I am a bit estate-agent-shy and was very nervous going into moving house again. I am so relieved and grateful to George from the Savill's office in Teddington for making this move a really simple (as possible) and calm process! George was professional, responsive and so helpful at every step of the way from our first viewing to moving in (in less than a month). All our questions were answered quickly. George was very personable and honest, and we were very grateful to have him and the wider Savill's team handling this for us. I would 100% recommend Savill's based on this experience. (It was also very telling to note that an external, neutral contractor who had to carry out a service as part of the process mentioned to us in passing: 'You've got Savill's - you'll be fine.
