Chloe was extremely professional and helpful throughout the process, and went the extra mile to assist in finding an extra parking space. She was always happy to clarify things and answer queries, no matter how big or small. Importantly, her replies were prompt enabling us to get everything sorted; in a busy rental market where flats were snapped up rapidly, this was particularly important.

Mr Alex Whiting has been simply amazing! He always gave us speedy and informative replies, even when he was not in office or was in his holidays. He didn't only provided the information we requested, but often went above and beyond by giving us a lot of reference information to help us make a good decision. Most recently she arranged maintenance on site same day for a minor issue and resolution by the following weekend.
