GoogleWe couldn't be happier with our experience of Knight Frank, Richmond in the handling of our purchase. We'd recently pulled out of a previous sale, poorly managed by Chase Buchanan, and had an unpleasant experience in the way we were treated as buyers. From the very beginning of our dealings with Zara at Knight Frank (Richmond) we felt listened to and supported. Despite her job to be acting in the interest of the sellers, we also felt like she was on our side and went above and beyond to make the process as smooth and easy for us as she could. Liam from the Richmond office was also super helpful while Zara was on leave. Throughout the process, which was just over 2 months from our first offer to completion, the team provided highly professional and excellent communication as to what was happening which helped a stressful process feel more enjoyable and exciting. GoogleChloe together with Camilla and Lana were professional and also patient in accommodating a number of requests I had on terms of the contract and a few back and forth issues with the landlord. They allowed time for this without rushing which was good for all parties and unlike other agents who are under pressure to close the deal. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.
