My son and I have rented an apartment through the Dexter agency for the past six years. The company has done an excellent job handling any issues that arose. Whenever we had a problem, for instance, with the washing machine or air conditioner, Dexter resolved it very quickly; they would always send a repair technician or replace the appliance if it was too old to fix.

All the staff at Dexters were extremely helpful and the fact that they all knew what was going on was very stress reducing. Water Leaking from Ceiling for Four Weeks, Unresolved Issue at William Court

I have had a very disappointing experience with Dexters as a tenant. I reported a leak in my top-floor flat at William Court on 22 October, and despite constant follow-ups, the issue has still not been resolved. Even after four weeks, I have received no clear communication, diagnosis, or action plan, and I have had to live in the flat with water leaking from the ceiling when it rains.

Dexters were very good from start to finish - Taif was able to come out on two Saturdays for viewing (one after offer accepted), and both she and Alistair kept me well informed of what was going on with the seller's solicitors. I have always enjoyed an excellent service over the 2 properties that Dexters manage for me. We have had excellent tenants and there is prompt communication when problems arise. Christian Pengelly in particular has been most helpful in sorting out some pod the more difficult problems.
