My boyfriend and I had been frantically flat hunting in Richmond and had liased with multiple different estate agents. As it was, Jack was by far the most professional, friendly and enthusiastic agent (Firstly he turned up on time to the viewing!). Often I felt harrassed or pressured by agents, however Jack came across as very genuine and sincere. Five stars for the Dexters sales team at Richmond. We have just completed the sale of our flat and related purchase of our new house with them. This was a challenging sale with a difficult buyer and problems with the onward chain that nearly led to its collapse. Throughout the whole process the team at Dexters Richmond were extremely helpful, resourceful and professional and I've no doubt that they saved the day when others might easily have failed. My experience with Dexters Sales in Richmond (2018-2019) has been very good. They are very professional and highly responsive. They would always call back if you leave a message.
