Lauren assisted my partner and me in finding our first home together, from the initial search until we were fully settled in (she was the first agent I got in touch with and the last one!). From the very first communication during this critical time, she approached with genuine encouragement, which set a positive tone for the entire process. Managing a poor performing agent to the freeholder

We want to do a particular shout out for Edward Brodkin who helped us through poor service from the freeholder of our flat. The failure by the freeholders agent to repair damage to the roof and guttering led to damage inside the flat and we raised a legal case for damages against the freeholder and their agent. Edward helped us through, managing the relationship with the agent, providing us supporting documents for the legal case and generally offering the support we needed. The settlement was made out of court in December 2025 and we recovered the cost of the damage. Execellent Service and well done Edward.

It is an absolute joy to be able to write a truly postive review after the 'joys' of buying and selling a home. It is one of those experiences where you simply know it is not going to fun - the highs and the lows! Thankfully, we decided upon Dexters following the standard 3x quotes/pitches. Ultimately, we ended up with a team of five people who were all wonderful in different ways. Firstly, a huge thank you to Jenny who was our first point of contact. Jenny won the bid for Dexters; our decision was based upon 90% Jenny and 10% Dexters. Jenny's professionalism allied with the essential personal touch was key to so many things. Again, thank you! When we accepted an offer we were introduced to Aistair who was responsible for progressing the sale: a skilled and diplomatic person: critical attributes as we 'worried' our way towards completion. Finally, a big thank you to Nick, the boss. Nick stepped in as we neared completion, mainly due to Jenny being sidelined by a significant health issue (get well Jenny - best wishes). And, we completed thanks to Nick and his team. Would we want to do it again - no thanks! Would we use Dexters again - yes we would. We can wholeheartedly, without reserve, recommend Nick and the team. If you want/crave a company and team that is going to deliver, sign them up.

should not show or even take the property on their books

viewing arranged fine. day of viewing phone call to say go to second site first and then the first . no one turned up so i phone office. then viewing person who justs works weekend turned up ,she said been waiting at other property!. problem with communication from dexters staff? shown property that had broken in door with padlocks added and surrounding wood frame all broken.

I recently sold my flat in Richmond with Dexters, after popping into every other estate agents in the area also, to get an overall feel, and Nick Blair, the manager there, told me right off the bat, that they were the best,and he was right, as the whole experience couldn’t have been better from start to finish! Nick’s forthrightness, likability, and positivity were winning, and I simply thought that if he could sell prospective buyers on my flat, the way he had me on his services, that I’d be in great hands, and the same upbeat and positive energy and attitude was shared by Jenny Elsey and Taif Kassim, the lovely ladies in the Richmond office responsible for showing the property. Nick proposed putting the flat on the market for more than the other estate agents by a substantial amount, and I accepted a cash offer on the 4th or 5th viewing for considerably more than all the others were estimating that I would get. And it didn’t stop there-the conveyancing solicitors that Dexters suggested I work with Jury O’Shea were amazing, and Elena Milner there so on the case, as well as Dexters’ sales support manager Alastair Maclean, who pushed so hard, and went above and beyond to get us to completion. Everyone involved over delivered, and blew me away with how committed, lovely, and hard working they all were, a pure joy to work with, and fully deserving of my highest possible recommendation! Simply put, If you want to sell your flat in Richmond, Nick and the team there are indeed the best! Mxx
