GoogleDexters Richmond are fast and professional, and they are willing to go the extra mile by helping out when possible. I have rented out my flat through them for more than 20 years, since back in the days when the branding was Thamesview. I can also highly recommend the Property Management team who oversaw the complete refurbishment of my flat, which they completed on-time and on-budget.

She helped us set up our initial viewings, helped us find the perfect flat and has been prompt and thorough in answering any questions and helping with anything leading up to our move in date. YellIncompetent lying bunch of no marks
The staff at the Richmond office are incompetent lying bunch of no marks, aggressive, rude and have no idea when it comes property letting and drafting contracts. All they are concerned about is commission. And if you think you will get your deposit back, then think again. Not only do they leave you homeless, you are left out of pocket. COMPLETE WASTE OF SPACES, EVERY SINGLE MEMBER OF THAT OFFICE.

They got to know us, helped us find the right flat, supported us through the negotiation process. They've helped throughout our move, handled all our questions, and helped us sort through all the difficult details of relocating. GoogleI have properties in various countries, and without a doubt the management services I receive from Dexters is far superior and more professional than any other that I have encountered. I’ve had a few different account team members look after my property over the years and the quality of service has never changed. My current one Charlotte Way does a fantastic job and is very diligent and thorough. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dexters, and have already done so to several friends with properties in the UK

GoogleWe have been seriously impressed with Dexters in Richmond. They took on our property and got us a buyer in a matter of weeks in a very flat market. But what stands out with Dexters has been the customer service. They have proven to be honest, professional and extremely efficient. They have kept us informed at every stage, managed expectations and demonstrated an expert insight into the market and Richmond from a macro level all the way down to our specific block of flats. This great service is not just from one or two members of staff but from all of the team we have had contact with. We would have no reservations at all in recommending them.
