Initial screening and referencing process is long, absurd and demeaning for the tenant, lacking any kind of empathy. The tenant has no rights whatsoever, only obligations. Avoid!

GoogleChestertons found me a buyer within 2 weeks. When the buyer pulled out for personal reasons, they found me a replacement (cash buyer) within 2 days by proactively following up on previous leads. This level of service plus excellent communication (phone and email) throughout the whole journey is invaluable. If you have a house or flat to sell in Richmond, you need to contact Xavier, Richard and Laura immediately.
