I interacted with Xavier daily and he was always very responsive. He was extremely professional and helpful throughout. They also give so much back to the community by supporting charities and fund raising events for schools in the borough of Richmond. Unfortunately The Property Ombudsman Code of Practice specifies that agents ask clients to go back to the original estate agent to make their offer through them, providing it is within the first 6 months after the first agent was withdrawn from the property. Had we have taken your offer, the owner could have been liable for paying two fees, which may well have meant he not wish to sell to you. The advice given was provided in the aim of increasing your chances of success with this property. If you are interested in any other properties through us, we will gladly put forward any offers you make.
