GoogleThey made it so much better for us! We have just gone out of a bad experience with a private landlord and were desperate to find accommodation in Twickenham. After trying to look ourselves and two other agencies in Twickenham and Richmond we had less than a month left until we had to move out with no success and we came across Chestertons! Actually our greatest gratitude goes to Marcus, he has been exceptionally present and thorough and explained even the silliest things that we had to sort out. Other companies weren't as serious and or considerate regarding the phone calls or emails or explaining the costs where we explained our budget and they pushed even more where Marcus met all our requirements by finding a wonderful studio brand new. Our biggest concern was being able to be accepted with our pet which he's comumicated it to the landlord in such a lovely way and definitely took the pressure off! Many thanks!

GoogleI can highly recommend Chestertons - highly professional, knowledgeable and responsive. I was particularly impressed with their genuine and friendly attitude (which is not always something I have experienced with estate agents!). Xavier clearly took the time to consider the value of my property and the team worked really hard to get me the best possible price. I trusted them completely to manage viewings in my home and really sell the great aspects of my home to prospective buyers. I was able to move through the process of selling and buying as smoothly as anyone could hope for. I'm now happily settled in my new place and have Chestertons to thank as a key part of that!

Awful agency with zero regard for tenants privacy, rights, or common courtesy. Extremely negative experience with them. Avoid at all costs. I would never consider them to purchase a house after their complete disregard for customer service to tenants.

Very bad experience with this agency. They promise the moon, but once you've signed with them is it the complete opposite, and they'll simply ignore you when you need them.

Don’t go with Chestertons or you’ll regret it. 4 renegotiations, to be told a week before I move for work purposes it’s not worked out. Horrible service, pressure sales, texts at 1am. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.

GoogleI have been dealing with Chestertons RICHMOND branch both sales and lettings departments for over a year and I can recommend them highly as it was a great pleasure to deal with everyone at this branch specially Xavier, Richard, Adam and Laura. They provided me with excellent second to none service and advice without any hardsale or pressures whatsoever at anytime, furthermore they are very experienced, dedicated, very hard working and helpful and I have no doubt this is one of a few estate agents I will use in the future and once again I am so grateful to Chestertons RICHMOND branch and once again I recommend them highly for any sales or lettings.

GoogleHave been impressed with Chestertons Richmond from the start to finish of our flat sale. Richard and Laura have been outstanding; personable, proactive, focused and tenacious without ever slipping into being 'sales-y', pushy or lazy as can too often be the case with estate agents. When our sale fell through they were diligent in pursuing all leads to get us another offer within a matter of days. Having dealt with most of the agents in Richmond at one time or another I can confidently say these guys are head and shoulders above. Highly recommend.
