We were very happy with the service from Sebastian and Amy for the rental of our Barnes house. We discussed the marketing, timing and price with Amy for the few months running up to the rental and this proved to be spot on. We had 3 viewings prior to our house being launched on the website, and received offers from 2 of these, higher than the guide price. Sebastian provided excellent support throughout the process, guiding us and the new tenants on what was required at each stage. We were very happy with the whole experience from start to finish.

GoogleMy experience at Chestertons in Sheen has restored my confidence in estate agents. Sarah could not have been more sympathetic to other stresses at the time and I believe if it was not for her personal dedication I would not be in my lovely new home in a new chapter of my life. Others might have given up on me but Sarah did not and for that I am eternally grateful.
