This company does not nothing for tenants after moving in and are extremely unresponsive when it comes to returning deposits. I had to email the landlord directly to get my deposit returned. It took over 5 weeks to get my money back.

GoogleWe marketed our property through chestertons after having been on the market with other agents in Barnes. Chestertons east sheen were professional and had good time keeping. They communicated well throughout the sales process. During the pandemic we lost a buyer who was furloughed and they pursued every possible option with us and the buyer to make the sale work so we felt they had acted excellently as agents for us.
In the end the sale was lost due to furlough and our property rented out bu chestertons rental team within 1week! After the tenancy completed another buyer was introduced with a competitive offer and the sale was conducted smoothly and professionally by Henry and overseen by Matthew. Chestertons in East Sheen picked up all the pieces and I cannot express my thanks for such a SMOOTH, PROFESSIONAL, RESPONSIVE AND THOUGHTFUL APPROACH to the sale of my property.
Both Sarah and Henry have always been on hand to answer questions and give advice. They "held my hand" all the way and made me feel very supported.
