I have rented 1 bed flat based on Melis Karatay letting Negotiator, the flat has no heating working(it has been week since it is reported, no response from the Chestertons) and as part of fully furnished flat they didn't provide hoover and other basic stuffs. Please don't believe the agent.

Very disappointed with chestertons agency, agent named Lauren didn’t show up for the viewing, didn’t even call me to inform, completely unprofessional even her WhatsApp picture is half naked in her bra,looks like something else but not real estate agent Also all viewings she could do only after 12pm

They increased our rent by £600 a month, forcing us out to move out. On top of that came back with a £££ list of "repairs" such as £100 for 10 nails in the walls.

Generally good - dealt with many people and departments all pretty helpful and responsive. I was particularly impressed by Sarah Norton who helped and explained what I needed to go forward with the let, EPC reports, inventory etc.. Very helpful and swiftly done.

don't use these guys if you want to rent In putney, they are incredibly lax and incompetent, rented through them for approx 18 months, took ages to get faults fixed at various times in lease now can't get my deposit refunded

We had a good experience with Chestertons so far. Moving into the property and signing the contract was pretty straightforward. My only concern is that I've complained about a few things that needed to be renewed in the house a few months back and no one took action.

Extremely unprofessional, do not use Chestertons if you are a prospective tenant. Company did not turn up to check-in appointment (to deliver keys), don't answer emails and sends aggressive emails whenever they want something. Will never rent an apartment through this agency again.
