GoogleI have just bought my house through Chestertons and they were superb. They followed the process through all the way, keeping in touch with everyone in the chain, including all the solicitors, and ensured that it stayed on track to a successful conclusion for everyone. Fabulous attention to detail and always willing to help when needed. From my offer being accepted I moved house within 9 weeks and this would not have happened if the team at Chestertons hadn’t been so pro-active.

This helped secure offers in what remains a challenging market. The sale itself became very complex, with a number of challenging stakeholders, and Sarah played a critical role in chasing the various parties, trying to find creative solutions to some of the issues we encountered and generally going above and beyond her role to make the sale happen. I'm confident that we wouldn't have closed the sale in the timeframe without her input which was very helpful and which we were very grateful for. GoogleI recently exchanged on the sale of a flat through Chestertons East Sheen. They weren't the first agents I engaged to sell the property, and I switched agents hoping for a more personal and active service. I wasn't disappointed. Chesterton's marketed the property pro-actively rather than just posting online and crossing their fingers. They quickly found a buyer, and Sarah expertly guided the transaction through the stages of surveys, searches and solicitors to reach a sale. This was not always a simple process and I was very impressed with the way Sarah handled all the twists and turns, keeping me and the buyer continually informed to preserve confidence. I would highly recommend Chestertons East Sheen to potential buyers and sellers, and will certainly use their and Sarah's services again.
