Henry Malone was our first point of contact, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. Then Sarah Heavens-Lang took over and she found us a buyer. Our flat was a complex sale, but Sarah was professional, loyal and empathetic. Even when she was furloughed we kept in touch. She was amazing. Amy Reynolds then took over the final part of the sale due to COVID-19, and despite all of the complications the flat was sold. I am so glad I chose Sarah and Matthew and the rest of the team at Chestertons in East Sheen to help me sell my aunt's property. The whole process was carried out with professionalism and reliability. They discussed the marketing strategy with me and kept me informed throughout the whole process. I really appreciated their open and honest approach. Sarah and Matthew and the team made the whole process as stress-free as it's possible to be when selling a property. Hello everybody

Hello everybody, please please please don’t rent out your house with Chestertons because you’re never get back your deposit taking away from you and try to not give it back to you. I have wait for my deposit now two months and nothing. They don’t want to give me back all of the deposit putting on me lots of damage. My house was in very very good condition and they only keep you waiting for your own money, so please listen to me don’t give them to rent out your flat and there is one person who promising every day she gonna call Bart she don’t do that her name is shruthi I never in my life have seen such a liar. There are please please please don’t rent out your flat with them.
