I just wanted to thank Faisal for being extremely helpful. From the first call he was very professional and friendly and the during the viewings he gave us lots of helpful information about the area and the property. Me and my partner have had sale fall through after months of trying to get everything done but the estate agents didn't really seem bothered so finding someone like Faisal who seems very knowledgeable about this chaotic market and genuinely interested in helping us, guiding us makes us feel at ease. Don’t be misled by the politeness and friendliness at the beginning of the rental process. Once you give notice and want to leave the property, as a tenant you are completely ignored, messages go unanswered and all policies are designed to protect only the landlords. The real test of an agency is not when you move in, but when you try to move out. That’s when you see their true colors.
