GoogleAbsolute jokers! If the tenant does not reply to a dispute then the full deposit is returned to the tenant irrespective of the damage inflicted on a property. No protection for landlords at all. A joke of a scheme - multi award winning my backside.

GoogleI proved that the landlord was illegally renting and breaking the law which therefore voided our contract. The tenancy deposit scheme didn't care. It awarded the deposit to the landlord for rent in arrears which is literally the definition of money laundering.
