We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent than Chloe. From start to finish she was outstanding. Buying a house can be such a stressful process, especially in a chain, but Chloe gave us constant reassurance and kept everything moving. She was always approachable, quick to respond and incredibly proactive. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and she genuinely went the extra mile for us on multiple occasions. What really stood out was how supportive and calm she was during the more uncertain moments. She kept us informed, chased when needed, and made sure we always knew where we stood. It made such a difference to feel like someone was truly in our corner. We’re so grateful for everything she did to help us secure our new home. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone buying or selling, she is a real asset.

I wish I could give negative stars as this well and truly warrants it. Guy is your typical estate agent. Messes people around and is absolutely useless. The breed of estate agents who give the rest of the industry a bad name is embodied by Guy and his actions. If you are a seller do not use this agency, go to someone else in the area , there are many out there who will do a far better job. The process will be simpler, quicker and cheaper most likely. If you are a buyer then beware as you will be messed around from start to finish and the whole process just isn't worth it. Guy refuses to put offers to vendors even though it is a legal requirement because he wont make enough commission, plays games with all parties and lies to get the result he wants. I cannot express the words I want on here about this agency and Guy specifically, but all I can say is this is up there with all the other slimy lying estate agents that have the same reputation and for good reason. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!

I would highly recommend Toby and his brilliant, extremely professional team if you are debating who to sell with and if you also happen to be buying with them then you are doubly lucky. They dispel all the usual myths and cliches about estate agents! They were a pleasure to deal with from the moment I made first contact, at every house visit I was met by one of the senior team but allowed to look round at my own pace, and they did the same for viewings at my house. The usual stress and emotions that run alongside moving home were dealt with sensitively and practically and with good humour. They also went the extra mile investigating and resolving some tricky issues that arose. Thank you to Toby, Guy Freddie and Trudy. Dream team.

We chose LL Estates because of the way they market their properties, and that decision really paid off. They were excellent from start to finish and kept everything running smoothly throughout the whole process. We accepted an offer after only being on the market for a few weeks, which speaks volumes about their approach and reach.
