GoogleEasy experience from the start, everything was done on days and times stipulated, board up, views etc. Kept up to date 100% on everything. Informative, friendly and knowledgeable team. Would not hesitate to recommend this estate agents, I have dealt with several in the past and have to say that I wish that they had all been like this, perhaps they should train the others!!! GoogleNever have I ever come across such a poorly ran letting agency. Money grabbing, false information giving, lying agents who back tracking on their own words to save their own skin. A team who take no responsibility for their own mistakes whilst allowing tenants to take the blame for their faults and incorrect information they have provided. I will be seeking legal advice and taking this further. Be warned … Do not use or trust a word this letting agency have to say.
Dear Christopher, Thank you for your review. I’m sorry to see you were unhappy with the interactions you had with the team in our agency & information you have been provided reference your tenancy. I can assure you we had advised you throughout the tenancy of all parties intentions when made apparent to us & we had advised you correctly re the legal obligations of your tenancy that was in place & the landlords requests that were made. As an agent we always ensure that we follow the guidelines set in place by government in relation to tenancies etc. & advise landlords & tenants in line with these guidelines as to what is required from either party. We had great feedback from you and I know you were really happy with the team so im sad the tenancy has ended like this. Wishing you all the best with your next property Louise & the team.

GoogleI’m not really sure where to begin with this review... my partner and I were moving in the middle of the pandemic. As stressful as this was - finding a place, booking a viewing, safely going through the process from A to Z would *not* have been possible without LL Estates, Louise and the team. When moving from Cardiff, we were delayed so much it meant getting to Rhyl later on a Friday afternoon, and there Louise was, ensuring we’d get in safely. GoogleThe process of purchasing a property is a stressful time at the best of times although with the current situation we find ourselves in the stress and anxiety is only heightened. LL Estates have been absolutely fantastic throughout this whole process from start to finish. From assisting with viewings whilst adhering to Government COVID-19 guidelines to the mortgage acquisition which was made considerably more difficult due to all lenders withdrawing due to the current pandemic. You can imagine our stress levels were NOT low although LL Estates took everything in their stride whilst being reassuring throughout. They promised to assist and help from the outset however I believe they have gone above and beyond and cannot be thanked enough. The professionalism remained constant throughout and I would never recommend any other Estate Agents than these. This support has been given whilst being geographically challenged as I work and live over 200miles away although this was never a problem. The girls in the office were fantastic and a special thankyou to Danielle is a must. I cannot THANK them enough for everything they have donePositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
