GoogleWe instructed Newton Fallowell to sell our house in East Markham Notts after trying another agent who unfortunatly could not sell it it was a 6 bed property but with a challenging garden, we had 4 viewings in 6 weeks and sold, from the day of the sale it took 7 weeks to complete with updates continually throughout the staff were brilliant, as a Developer myself this is by far the best service i have ever been given to date and i will be using them in the future, Many Thanks RobPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleNewton Fallowell came highly recommended. I was impressed at the diligence of their entire approach to sell my home. They were sensitive to my needs and requirements and made every effort to ensure that every part of the process was easy and successful. I was particularly impressed with their photography and video presentation that put the house in such a good light. I dreaded showing people round, so they did that so well that we had offers from 4 out of the 5 potential buyers. They quickly assessed the potential buyers and gave helpful and clear advice on how to proceed. I achieved a price in excess of that requested. I am so grateful for their presence in my corner at every step of what is always a daunting situation. Many thanks for all you did to make a difficult task very bearable. GoogleThe whole team worked so hard to achieve our sale overcoming problems which, at times, felt like hitting a brick wall. Unlike many other estate agents they communicate extremely well and frequently, without the need to keep chasing. From beginning to end, and with every member of staff we dealt with, the service was five star. We also use them as a rental agent and, again, the service is astounding. GoogleNewton Fallowell have provided excellent service and I highly recommend them. The advisors are all very competent with experience and knowledge about the housing industry. The Newton Fallowell agents will do everything they can to sell your house in the shortest time possible, avoiding time-wasters and as many delays as possible. The agents respond to special requests quickly (such as updating the sales description) and they are always available in the office or at the end of the phone to reassure.
