We have just used Newton Fallowell Retford to sell our house having seen them with other estate agents on a comparison website where they were the obvious choice. From Day One when John the Managing Director & Millie the Sales Manager came to see us we knew we were in good hands. We were delighted when we had a viewing resulting in an agreed offer within a week!. However, complications arose but John & his staff helped us, and our purchaser, to reach a completion date by giving an amazing personal service beyond our expectations. We cannot thank John, Millie, and Gareth (who produced an excellent brochure very quickly) enough for not only the incredibly professional, efficient and courteous service but for going the extra mile to help us achieve our sale. Thanks John and your team for a job exceedingly well done !

Mandy was our main contact and she was very easy to get on with and we welcomed her help and advice. However we had contact with all the other staff and they were all very helpful. I purchased a house marketed by Newton Fallowell's Retford office late 2016. Bearing in mind I then lived some 250 miles away the whole process from arranging the viewing to completion, and all my questions in between!, were handled extremely professionally and with a lot of empathy. From first visit we were impressed with professionalism of this company. Every member of staff has been prepared to go the extra mile for us. Mark took an excellent set of photographs to put online but reappeared after close of business to retake the outside shots because the sun had come out, we knew then we had a dedicated team on our side. Have to also mention Millie's dogged determination when dealing with our sale, it must have been so frustrating sometimes but she never was anything less than calm and polite and kept things moving along. There is always someone available to listen, help and advise. Very much appreciate all your efforts. Have no hesitation in highly recommending this company.

This is the second year that they have supported our school summer fair, helping us to raise much needed money for playground equipment.
