Andrews worked hard to find us buyers when interest rates were fluctuating a lot. They always kept us informed by email or phone of any developments and were proffessonal at all times and were sensitive to the fact we were selling our late mother's bungalow. All the staff we spoke to were friendly and they always took pains to make sure we understood what was happening with our sale.

GoogleWe had a wonderful experience, with Isa, Ed and the Andrews Reigate Team as they proactively reached out to us with a wonderful house for rent. We had very specific criteria (pet-friendly, 2 bathrooms, etc.) and the team was able to translate our needs and help find the perfect home for us within our budget. Definitely recommend them all, as the entire process from agreement to keys handover and checkin was very smooth and accomodating. We continue to receive support even after moving in for any maintenance issues etc.

If I could give a zero star I would. One of the worst estate agents in Bristol/UK. When they need your money, they want it immediately but if you want your deposit back they're always busy and rude to assist. I left a property in September 2023 when they decided to increase my rent. It's Jan 2024 and they're whenever I call them they're always rude or busy having paying my rents on time and being a great tenant. If you are young and want to rent or mortgage a property don't go with Andrews because they rude, unprofessional and don't care about their tenants especially if you're young.

Following the viewing Issy got back to me and confirmed that there were a number of works scheduled to bring the property up to the standard expected.
