GoogleWe purchased our house through Hamptons and the lovely Ali looked after us throughout the process. She was so friendly and helpful, and was always super quick to respond to any of our queries. The whole process was handled professionally and efficiently and we moved into our dream home the weekend just gone! When we picked up the keys from the office we were presented with a lovely bottle of wine which we thought was such a lovely gesture. I would highly recommend Hamptons, especially Ali who was just brilliant.

They accommodated any requests for additional viewings and played a vital role in keeping the communication between the two parties ongoing. GoogleHamptons was very professional from start to finish. Particularly their staff member Jessica Wales who project managed the whole onboarding process as we haven't rented in a long time. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the rental market. During the duration of our tenancy nothing was too much for her. When we had any complaints regarding the property and if anything needed fixing it was dealt with promptly. Towards the end of our tenancy, the process was very smooth. They helped us with regards to the areas that needed cleaning and we got professional cleaners to come in. Hamptons have different departments and they worked with us to ensure we got our deposit back. I would highly recommend Hamptons to anyone looking to rent or anyone who has a house to rent out.
