Hamptons was very professional from start to finish. Particularly their staff member Jessica Wales who project managed the whole onboarding process as we haven't rented in a long time. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the rental market. During the duration of our tenancy nothing was too much for her. When we had any complaints regarding the property and if anything needed fixing it was dealt with promptly. Towards the end of our tenancy, the process was very smooth. They helped us with regards to the areas that needed cleaning and we got professional cleaners to come in. Hamptons have different departments and they worked with us to ensure we got our deposit back. I would highly recommend Hamptons to anyone looking to rent or anyone who has a house to rent out.

Five stars is not enough to describe the incredible service that Hamptons International (Reigate branch) provide They are head and shoulders above the competition in so many ways When my friend and I were looking for a new place last year, we dealt with Jessica Wales. She was polite, professional and courteous the entire time and never faltered After we had found somewhere and signed up, Daniel Bailey took over looking after us. He’s been amazing from the word go! We haven’t had many issues but when we have, we reported them straight away and he has literally tackled the issue immediately. No messing around or having to wait days got a reply. He’s all over it.
