GoogleWe had a nice experience so far with this agency , they have some lovely people inside , like Trudi and Barry , quick response when we had issue . They need to work a little with a few people inside , but overall i would recommend the agency :)

GooglePoor customer service. Always want to do things by email. One of the staff was particularly obnoxious. Took me to see 2 completely different properties and not the ones I wanted. I wouldn't deal with them if they were the last agents on the planet

Dear Mr Parker, I am very sorry to read your comment of our services. Having investigated your claims I can see that of the properties you viewed you actually did want to go forward with one. Unfortunately in this case the landlord changed his mind with regards to his intentions to rent or sell which is frustrating for all concerned. There is no indication on your record that would suggest you were unhappy with our service at the time and having spoken to the member of staff concerned they were surprised and saddened to read your review. GoogleAn absolutely terrible company, you name a scam landlord tenant and they will pull it, regardless of checkin and check out . Avoid them like the plague !

Mr Ellison, your landlord has a legitimate claim on your deposit monies, as the property was not left in the same condition as Inventory, allowing for fair wear and tear. As you are not in agreement with the deductions, the Tenancy deposit scheme, will adjudicate with the evidence provided from both parties and make a final decision on who the monies should be awarded too, Thank you The Lettings Team

GoogleTrying to get through to them can be difficult. HOWEVER once you get through and express firmly what you would like, they can be prompt when organising a viewing. That being said during the actual viewing I left feeling disappointed and rushed. Shant be using this agency again. Some improvements: - make sure you actually know the property you are showing - respond to emails or set an auto response so people don't get ignored - dont rush people through property viewings as this will loose you business

GoogleMost of our dealings were with Dave as my elderly mother bought a bungalow In Redhill through Woodlands. We always found the entire team pleasant, helpful and attentive and Dave in particular making the entire process as smooth as possible. Thanks to you all. Would warmly recommend them.

GoogleVery helpful friendly service. They found me a great property, which didn't work out, but then let me know when another almost identical one was coming on the market, which I proceeded to buy with help of Dave and crew at Woodlands. I can't recommend them enough.

GoogleBegan my first rental journey with woodlands, it was a brilliant experience everyone replied to emails extremely quick which made all of the stress of trying to find somewhere to move a lot easier ! Dani Egglestone Was amazing and helped with whatever I needed to know, I would recommend to anybody wanting to rent/buy

GoogleCan't fault Woodlands from start to finish. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful and excellent at communicating. I sold whilst living in Australia and thought it would be a tricky process but Woodlands made it such plain sailing and kept me in the loop at all times. Definitely recommend

GoogleAmazing service and stellar response rate, had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Roadknight who was extremely helpful in every step of the process. I’ve never dealt with agents who get back to you within 30 minutes at the latest, very crucial when you’re arranging a last minute tenancy. Can’t recommend the agency and Mr. Roadknight enough!

GoogleAs a landlord over the years I have had my fair share of bad letting agents. And feel I have to leave some positive feedback for woodlands in Redhill. The letting team worked quickly to secure a suitable tenant for me ensuring all the necessary checks where completed. I specifically have to mention the ladies in the property management department Sam & Katie handle the day to day running of my property and i do not have to worry Day to day about my property as they handle everything. From booking gas safety certificates, electrical testing, renewals, check out process, deposit release, inspections, fire safety regulations are adhered to, ensuring rent is received in a timely manner. They contact me with any maintenance issues but deal with them swiftly and efficiently having taken on my feedback. If your looking for a new company to manage your flat/ house I would highly recommend woodlands.

GoogleI have been using Woodlands to fully let my property for 3 years now. I looked into Woodlands when I decided I wanted to let my property out as my neighbour also used them, they were very clear and professional and answered any questions I had and were happy to spend the time with me I needed as I didn't know what to expect as this was all new to me. Their communications between them, myself and my tenants are excellent and they are quick to deal with any issues which arise. So far I cannot fault them and I am happy for them to continue to manage letting my property.

YellVery disappointing
Very disappointed in the service I received with this agent, we were very keen to view a property for rent in Reigate, booked an appointment, all confirmed. My husband took time out of work to go and view it waited there for nearly and hour, we rang the office where one agent said he was trying to get hold of the man that was doing the viewing but was unable to, without an apology. My husband had to go back to work without viewing the property! I rang this agent numerous times regarding this but no one was able to tell me what had happened and said Tom or Richard who deal with lettings we’re out of the office and would get back to me but no one did. Very unprofessional. I have seen the property on right move has now been let. Lack of communication and unreliable. We are not impressed at all.
