GoogleWoodlands Team were Amazing in Sale of my flat, which was very complex and took almost 3 years (ncluding COVID) to sell. Stephen Muggeridge, was awesome, chasing and follow up with Buyer and solicitor to get the Sale through, would definitely Recommend them..:)

GoogleI cannot thank Woodlands enough for their absolute professional procedures, from start to finish. Our country has been in very uncertain times over the last couple of years, what with brexit & then covid. This had made trying to sell our property almost seem impossible. We were going to take our property of the market because we had lost faith but decided to give Woodlands a try. One because they were recommended by a friend & two because they are a local company. I can 100% say that anyone looking to buy or sell a property Woodlands are a must go to agent. Unlike our experience with the previous agent we could tell very quickly that Woodlands were working very hard for us. The amount of viewings for our property had gone up by an unbelievable amount. Our property was then sold very quickly & for the full amount. Thank you to the whole team in Redhill, your communication was impeccable at all times, you were all very fiendly and professional. I didn’t understand the process as I am new to the county and she was patient and understanding, taking the time to go through everything with me and getting me setup at quickly as possible. GoogleI had the lovely Dani come for a house inspection, she is always a pleasure to see, very efficient and understanding,being a childminder she has to see lots of little ones and mess in a certain room but is not phased! Nice to speak to a dog loving person too. Highly recommend her.
