GoogleI had the lovely Dani come for a house inspection, she is always a pleasure to see, very efficient and understanding,being a childminder she has to see lots of little ones and mess in a certain room but is not phased! Nice to speak to a dog loving person too. Highly recommend her.

GoogleThe process of renting a flat was made easy by Woodlands Estate Agents - from viewing, approvals, paying the deposit and advance, moving and getting settled. As a first time tenant in the UK, my experience was smooth and no stress at all. Kudos to the team at Woodlands especially to Sam Arnold who made my first time renting experience an absolute breeze! 10/10 would recommend!!!

GoogleAwful communication in the letting department. Waste of time attending viewings if they don’t even send you an application form so you never get considered for a property.
Apologies you feel Woodland’s communication was under par. As per emails exchanged between ourselves, we have since presented you with the facts of why this may have happened, as there was no indication of any connection of your partner to you, or that they had viewed the property, as the viewing email was originally sent to you, yours was the only contact we had for you both. GoogleMy girlfriend and I have recently moved into a flat let by Woodlands and we're sincerely happy. Prompt viewing, a swift referencing process, no unexpected fees, full transparency from day one, immediate response whenever we posed a question and all of this conducted remotely via email and phone, which is essential given the relevance of social distancing. We didn't have to step into the office until it was time to sign the agreement. Upon being handed the keys, we were over the moon with the impeccable state our flat had been left in for us, which goes to show how thorough and forthright the agents are. I've engaged with letting agents a few good times in the past but I'll gladly say no experience has been as seamless as with Woodlands. We truly are pleased and trust that this is the standard policy within the company. Honest and heedful.

GoogleIn hindsight I would thank my stars to connect me with woodlands when we were searching for tenancy in Redhill and right from signing tenancy agreement till our last day, we never faced even a single issue with Woodlands. Each one of the agents - Chris, Katie, Both Sam,Karen, Steve are absolutely wonderful human beings in addition to being very responsive & helpful. Unfortunately, our tenancy had to end as we had to move abroad else we would have continued at our Garlands road home. Thank you Woodlands for making our Redhill stay so smooth and I wish you all the good luck and good health.

GoogleI do not recommend, when you move out of the house, they try to stop your deposit for old problems, if there is a problem and you report it, nothing happens
