GoogleWe recently sold our beloved home of 17 years at Royal Earlswood Park, with the amazing help of the 'whole' Ralph James team. Every member of staff was briefed about our house, the dynamics within ( we have two rescue crazy boxer dogs) and each member of the team were 'switched on' and uber attentive professional but friendly way. Particular mention must go to Anna a resident 'house dr' who was enormously helpful at helping us show our home in the best way . Ashley and Thomas were incredibly honest and 'holistic ' in their approach to the whole sales process. The ethos of the ralph james service is of uber integrity and a very thoughtful about 'the journey a buyer and seller' is on. The buying and selling of property has changed much in the past few years and Thomas and his team very much put my wife and I at ease and did very well to manage a stressful process with humility and a smile. I wish them every success as they grow and know that, as that will happen,Thomas will not let old fashioned standards and service drop.

I purchased through them back in 2017 and had a great experience so used them to act as agent for the sale of my property in 2021. They managed to ascertain viewings and offers very quick utilising their existing bank of clients and strong marketing tools. FacebookThe sale of our property certainly wasn't plain sailing. It was emotional and stressful for a plethora of reasons. Our first buyer pulled out on exchange day because they simply decided 'to not progress' which made me just want to give up on the whole process. However, Kelly and Tom from the Banstead branch guided and supported me and were empathetic to my needs and urgency to move- so I got back on the proverbial horse! This is more than a business transaction for them- they are invested and do everything they can to protect their client's best interests. I am now in my new property thanks to their perseverance and tenacity- I can't thank them or recommend them enough!

Googlecontacted them twice for a rental property with no response over the course of two weeks. ad has no photos either. I find it frustrating thst estate agents won't message prospective renters back. I can see renting the property would be a nightmare if they won't even message to get a Tennant in. I can imagine any issues within the property wouldn't get solved either.
