We have let our 1 bedroom flat our through Ralph James for the last 3.5 years and have had only the best service! Sam & Joanna were very proactive to get the property on the market as soon as possible and from there they were on a mission to secure the most suitable tenant. The turn around was very quick and they definitely know the market and their client base well to make the pairing of tenant and property seem seemless. I have enjoyed working with both Sam & Joanna and they keep you up to date with progress which again was one less worry. Ralph James recently handled my house sale, they were fantastic and changed my opinion of Estate Agents. All members of the team were professional, honest, pro-active and very approachable. I dealt with Robin on a daily basis and it was a pleasure dealing with him, he was always available and always updated me, even when no news. The service level was outstanding and when they say they offer a 24/7 service, this is what I received. We have just completed a mammoth multi-move having sold our house, my mums house and then bought our forever home. We used a different agent for the first sale and then moved across to Ralph James for the second sale and my word, what a difference! The staff at Ralph James are something else. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they go out of their way to support and help you. Ashley has been a superstar from day one and Caedi has to be the most thoughtful employee, caring for the well-being of my nervous, elderly mother from the outset. The team are exceptional and although we are now in our forever home and don’t intend to move again, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this amazing team. Even the final ‘goodbye’ touches were heartfelt. On the completion of sale we were presented with a beautiful flower arrangement and cupcakes for our new home as well as a ‘congratulations’ card signed by the team - a real personal touch that wiped the floor with the ‘business’ box we were handed by our previous agent - filled with promotional leaflets and including a packet of noodles and some stale biscuits! Ralph James make you feel like you are family from start to finish and I am so glad we found them. Thank you team, you are amazing. Mr and Mrs Giles (and mum).

Joanna from Lettings was extremely patient as things did not go to plan and took longer to let out however she continued the great service and was very determined and finally found a great tenant for me.

If you are selling your home you will not do better than Ralph James. Some house sales go easily, like my nextdoor neighbour’s house which went on the market three weeks before mine and the new neighbours have been in for over a year. Mine took a bit longer. Ashley was charming and the voice of reason and hope at every turn. There was a problem with the designation of nearby land causing my buyers to lose their mortgage. Ashley chased the council and the solicitors and the mortgage. I considered renting out my house and Joanne from Ralph James was there explaining all the ins & outs. I met many of the team and each and every one was helpful, polite and above all hopeful especially when I was not. My buyer was found and nurtured by the team at Ralph James. They sympathised with me when my seller, with a less than helpful estate agent, was continually threatening to pull out of the sale. Ashley even continued with advice over a misunderstanding on the day of completion. Many thanks to all at Ralph James especially Ashley and Robin who did much to bring this sale to completion.

Bought a house in Redhill with Ralph James in October 2019. Really appreciate the support of Robin and the team, which made buying/moving house a much less stressful experience. Having just completed on the sale of my house in Redhill I'm happy to recommend Ralph James. After asking four agents for valuations I chose RJ as they seemed the most realistic, down-to-earth and genuinely nice people with strong local market knowledge and expertise. The whole team was friendly and professional, with a special mention for Dan, who was reassuringly calm during a few bumpy and stressful moments! Adam managed most of the sales process and did this in a highly professional, timely and efficient manner - always replying to my calls and emails promptly. We can not recommend Ralph James highly enough. Before they even put our house on the market Ashley had the entire team from the office come and familiarise themselves with the property, which as it turns out was not necessary, as the first people that Robin brought over put in an offer! No matter how good your estate agent, moving is stressful, but the Ashley and Robin kept us up to date every step of the way. We have dealt with other estate agents and we can promise you that the Ralph James approach to selling a house is a breath of fresh air - they seem to really care about you and the process as a whole. We are so grateful that someone recommended them to us and we have already recommended them to friends. Thank you to Ashley, Robin and all the team!
