GoogleThe team was very good, over an awkward time. First thanks to Sarah, then Jordan (with Lucy, Simon and Amy) and finally Janene to get over that final hurdle. The COVID-19 lock down tried to stop things completely, but we got there. Good work !

GoogleI appointed Sarah at Mann & Co after sacking another agent. Sarah was professional in every way and extremely helpful, she was even sending update emails way outside of office hours. A little more expensive than other agents but I can assure you worth every penny. Thanks Sarah and colleagues.

Providing quick responses to any questions, and if they did not know the answer would actively contact the seller to provide us with an update. GoogleOur first contact was with Nicole who was polite, friendly and the exact opposite to what an estate agent is stereotypically portrayed as. We viewed several properties with her and eventually picked one and placed an offer. After having an offer accepted in mid March we completed on stamp duty deadline date of 30th June (on chain free property) only because we had the good fortune that Sarah came back off maternity late May and dealt with our case. She chased for information that had been outstanding for over 2 months and always provided us with feedback even by dropping us an email to let us know if there was no new information . We cannot thank her enough as she worked tirelessly late into the evening at times and always responded where with the previous advisor we had slow to little response. I would not hesitate to deal with Sarah and Nicole again. Great service and thank you!PositiveResponsiveness

GoogleWe bought our first house via Sarah at Mann Estate Agents in Redhill. She was fantastic when she showed us around the house for the first time and the correspondance that followed. However this soon changed as soon as we confirmed an offer. Her emails and phone calls were derogatory, selfish and predatory, quite simply placing her commission ambitions above her customer service. The majority of the process took place during the pandemic which she seemed to be oblivious to. When we sell our house we will not be using Mann Estate Agents.NegativeProfessionalism
