I would like to say how happy we were with the recent sale of our house in mead vale Redhill, I dont normally write reviews but I must say the service we received was outstanding from start to finish, Sarah and her team kept us informed and with the solicitor and the survey and the communication between the buyer , we are refurbishing our new house and will eventually sell it through Mann Redhill. Selling: Great! No issues… all very smooth and Stephanie Briscoe was communicative and made it a smooth process. 5 stars for selling. Letting: I was renting out my flat before selling it. This side of MannC is mostly good. On the day-to-day side it runs well and on occasions I had them to do fix something, it was done quickly. It comes a little unstuck when I had questions about the contract and then i'd get bounced around from regional office to MannC Redhill and found it hard to get answers or even replies. 4 stars for letting.

Compared to the unreliable service and poor contact received from all the other estate agents we registered with in Redhil, Sarah and the team, were so helpful and always returned calls and emails. They made the experience of purchasing our first home so much easier and stress free than we were told it would be. When we come to sell our home we won't hesitate to go straight to Mann.

I had two fantastic companies value my property and could only choose by the toss of a coin, but Sarah and her team at Gascoigne Pees have been absolutely excellent throughout the process. From the enthusiasm and friendliness displayed during the valuation through to the sale of my property at no point did I feel left out of the process or lacking in feedback. It was an immensely smooth transition from photo's to sales brochure, open day and client assessment through to the sale process and ensuring everything was completed in a timely manner. Especially the amount of chasing they did on my behalf when one part of the chain was proving difficult to ensure that everything stayed on track. I cannot recommend Sarah and her team highly enough to anyone thinking of selling they were honest, friendly and a pleasure to deal with.
