GoogleI went for a viewing for a property that was advertised as a studio/flat and it turned out to be a tiny ensuite room with a sink and a fridge. It didn't even have space for a wardrobe! The photos looked like you're actually getting a studio or a flat but in reality you re getting the small room and access to a shared kitchen which is shared between 11 rooms. Also the stairs from the kitchen to the advertised room were tiny, so I've no idea how you can even carry stuff to your room without falling. Also, it took them forever to find the key to get into the room; my first viewing got canceled and the second was about to be canceled too but then the key was found after all. I would avoid this agency.

Hi Lydia, I am sorry you have not had a good experience when searching for a property with my agency. I do feel our online listing presents an accurate description of the studio and the fact that there is only a kitchenette in each room, with the addition of a shared communal area.
I have since updated the description to include the following "NB. Please note the kitchen facilities are shared between all studios in the communal living space. "
Hopefully this will prevent the same discrepency happening again.
Perhaps you would be kind enough to reconsider your one star review, which I feel is unreasonable?

GoogleI had a great experience with Parks. Andrew, Theresa and even the people I spoke to on the phone were professional, kind and genuine. As a first time buyer this whole process can be pretty intimidating. Someone advised me that when I was viewing a property I should keep in mind that the agent was working for the seller and not for me, which is fair enough but leaves you feeling you can’t trust what is being said to you, but I never got that sense with anyone from Parks - I ended up buying a flat that they were selling and a lot of that was to do with how great they were. I felt like they were honest, straightforward and dealt with me really fairly throughout the whole thing which I appreciated so much.

GoogleParks was the vendor's agent for a house in Redfield which I've recently exchanged on. The team there has been very professional in all aspects, and provided regular and comprehensive updates throughout the process. I imagine they got annoyed with the amount of times I was hassling them for updates, but it never showed, ha! As it's my first house purchase, they set out everything very clearly which certainly made things easier.
Would definitely recommend them if you're selling a house in this area.

She was efficient and effective while at all times continuing her professional responsibilities to the sellers. I was really impressed and really grateful for the work she put in. Agent tried selling me a house with serious structural problems and said it was 'perfectly normal for a house of this age!' The young lad then contested the Structural Engineer's report?
If I hadn't got a structural report and stuck to the recommendations I would have lost a lot of money.
To be fair I think they did the good thing in the end and made other buyers aware of the problems I found at my own expense.

As always, we do our best to help buyers find a suitable property. With regards to work required to this or any other property we always refer buyers to a surveyor or their report and certainly never contested any such document.
Furthermore, after finding out that you had such a report we refused to re-market the home without disclosing the structural problems to future buyers. You may have noticed House and Co were instructed afterwards as a direct result.
