We've just exchanged on our property which we sold through Parks and cannot recommend them enough. From start to finish they've been exceptional - Natasha is just the best salesperson ever, she very nearly sold our own house back to us! And Hollie has been super helpful and just brilliant in getting us to exchange point. Everyone at Park's genuinely goes above and beyond to deliver 10/10 service at every stage. You can have open, honest and friendly conversations with them about absolutely anything, and nothing ever feels too much trouble. We cannot recommend them highly enough and will only ever sell through Parks as long as we're in Bristol. The best!

We had an excellent experience with Parks throughout our tenancy. Having heard some horror stories about other letting agencies in Bristol, we feel so fortunate to have rented through them as they did everything to make our experience as easy and hassle-free as possible. The team were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish: friendly, professional, and always on hand to answer questions and resolve any maintenance issues promptly. Special thanks to Andrew, Jake and Natasha for going above and beyond! During our tenancy, Parks also managed the sale of the flat, something which could have been stressful for us as tenants but was handled seamlessly. The team made sure we were notified of any viewings in plenty of time, as well as proactively sharing properties that may be of interest to us. We really appreciated their efforts to keep us in the loop with what was going on, making for a smooth and unhurried move-out process. Overall, we couldn't recommend Parks highly enough!

I bought my house through Parks and now nearly 10 years later I've sold it through them. Both experiences with them have been fantastic, and I couldn't rate the service more highly. Everyone have dealt with there has been super helpful, warm and have made a difficult, confusing experiencing much much smoother than it could have been! Natasha was amazing pre-sale, and Hollie has been fantastic afterwards. Their advice has been spot on and their local knowledge is fantastic. If I was selling again I wouldn't hesitate to use them.

Parks Estate Agents were brilliant from the moment we viewed the property to the moment we completed. In particular, Hollie Stanton was excellent throughout and went above and beyond to help us. We had a terrible time with our solicitors and there were issues outside our control that delayed our move for several months. While we were let down by several people in the moving process, Hollie was honestly the only genuine person who worked extremely hard to make the process as easy for us as possible. I cant thank her enough and would absolutely recommend Parks Estate Agents to anyone who's looking to buy or rent a property in the Bristol area.

We moved a couple months ago through Parks, and in particular Natasha and Hollie were both great. Natasha was so welcoming and accommodating for us to view the property as we were only available on certain dates which she managed to make work with the vendors. Also Hollie was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. She provided updates regularly from the vendors and as we were not located near the office was really helpful in arranging when and where we needed to come in to complete certain steps. All in all a great experience so thank you Parks!

Parks are an independent estate agents, which in my opinion is the best way to go: more personal, flexible and genuine. Being East Bristol specialists, they know what they're doing at a grassroots level in the area. Andy is a disarmingly lovely guy, and Hollie, their sale progressor, was a vital conduit of communication, especially when it came to juggling the barrel of monkeys that are conveyancing solicitors; it's a pity the industry might require such a role at estate agents, but there you go: Parks have a member of staff dedicated to this task, it is absolutely needed, and Hollie did a sterling job of keeping on top of it.

I have had a fantastic experience with Parks Estate Agents throughout my tenancy. Jake and the team were very helpful in scoping out properties as well as making the moving in process as easy as possible, which mattered to me as a first-time renter. Jake checked in with me to ensure everything was okay with the flat but this was only when appropriate and I had forewarning of any inspections . I must also say my landlord was fantastic in offering any help with the property too and kept me in the loop with any management company notices. Upon leaving, it was a smooth transition into my new property. The Parks team ensured I was aware in advance of any viewings which took place. The move out process was easy to follow and I received my deposit swiftly after the flat inspection. I would highly recommend Parks Estate Agents to anyone moving within the Bristol area.
