GoogleHad a brilliant experience with Hollie from Parks. As a first time buyer I had a lot of worries and questions and Hollie was communicative, transparent and reassuring. Can only talk from a buyers perspective but wouldn’t hesitate in recommending and working with Parks again.

GoogleHollie and Tash at Parks made the process as smooth as it could have been from their end, and a first time buyer they always explained things slowly and clearly. They were always calm, friendly and kind, helping to keep the process moving along, and we're always accommodating when in needed to visit the property on more than one occasion. GoogleHave used Parks Estate Agents to manage the letting of my property in Bristol for the past 13 years. They are always very professional and helpful and deal with any issues promptly. As a landlord it is important to be able to trust that all details of lettings, especially the legal aspects, are being handled in your best interests. Parks staff are well informed but, importantly, friendly and cheerful.

GoogleIn late 2023 I decided to sell a property in the St George area. I had valuations from four local agents. Parks were the most professional by far and I chose the company to market the apartment. A buyer was quickly found and Hollie, my contact at Parks was super efficient, friendly and professional and communicated so well between myself, the buyer and the solicitors. I’d say the sale could not have progressed more smoothly. I 100% recommend Parks Estate Agents.

GoogleHollie had an astute grasp of every part of the chain at every stage, chasing both estate agents and solicitors tirelessly. In particular, she went the extra mile during the last 6 weeks of the process when the chain was at risk of collapse due to my buyers solicitor’s incompetence. I honestly don’t think I would have completed if Hollie hadn’t been involved. Communicative, responsive, and great to work with. Thank you, Hollie, and the rest of the Parks team!

GoogleWas with parks for several years. They repeatedly ignored problems I'd reported with the property, such as mould, damp, a back door which had fallen off it's hinges, a stair step which had collapsed, etc. Then, they evicted me with a shrug and a section 21 notice and claimed a chunk of deposit for the garden I couldn't access to tend due to the door falling off. I wouldn't trust these folks. They've left me homeless in an aggressive housing market. Never trust a landlord. Never trust an agent.
Sorry to read you were not happy with our service. I appreciate the housing market is a very difficult market to navigate now, and that housing options are in short supply. I do hope you manage to find something. On this occasion we were instructed to issue a legal section 21 notice as the landlord wished to sell the property. As you know, your deposit is currently in dispute resolution so we can’t comment on that. If you would like to discuss this further please contact our office.

FacebookAndrew and the team have been amazing. The property we had up for sale with Parks was in Bristol but we live in Doncaster. Andrew met us there for initial valuation etc but to save us doing a 6 hour round trip did everything for us when the house went onto the market. He did the viewings, checked that the house was ok regularly, gave us a house Clearence contact and read the meters for the final readings. Thanks so much, a very professional company and would definitely recommend Parks Estate Agents.

GoogleLovely experience with Parks. Really friendly and accommodating around timings for the house valuation as I had a 5 month old at the time. GoogleI've sold houses twice with this agency. Selling your home can be a difficult time and on both occasions, the timing of the sale was not of my own choosing and was in some sense 'difficult'. I have found the team at Parks to be super sensitive and helpful -- together with all the skills you will need -- they are responsive, knowledgeable and careful in their work. Worth mentioning also that they do the best photographs to show off your home. Happy to recommend Parks.

FacebookParks were so wise and helpful around getting me to prioritise what needed doing to make my house more appealing to prospective buyers and what wasn't necessary. The staff were so friendly and patient particularly Amelia and Steve. They were also brilliant when my first buyer pulled out and were very quick to find a new person for me. My only complaint was that sometimes I couldn't get through to people on the busy phone lines and things got a bit long and convoluted around negotiations with my final buyer but that was probably more to do with having too many middle men and women and indicative of using estate agents and solicitors! Anyway over all I was pleased.
