FacebookHonestly couldn't recommend these guys enough. Sold our house with them last year - low fees, impeccable service, great local market knowledge, beautiful photos, always contactable and got us an offer way over asking. But that's not all. A year later, they're STILL providing a great service and are dropping round a parcel I mistakenly ordered to our old address. Genuine relationship-builders. Wouldn't use anyone else in Bristol.

From the outset they did exactly what they said they would in an extremely efficient, professional yet friendly way. They were very supportive when things got sticky for me. They kept me up to date throughout and the joy of their office system means whenever you phone and whoever you speak they have up to date notes on your case so no having to repeat yourself. GoogleThese guys are very experienced in the area. I first bought in BS5 in 2005. Having dealt at that time with numerous estate agents, I found Parks to be the friendliest and most consistently professional (many other places at the time had very inexperienced staff on at the weekend, the only times I was able to view - I've never gone into Parks and felt like I was talking to someone who didn't have a grip on the function of the business and their clients). Although I wasn't able to buy through them at the time (house was marketed elsewhere), it was for this reason that I chose to establish a professional relationship with them in 2013 and I've not been disappointed since. Everyone I've dealt with at Parks has been courteous and friendly and when you really need someone to help you get something done, they've been on it. Experienced, professional, reliable and trustworthy. Exactly what you need in this business.

FacebookFrom the initial valuation to completion, Parks were always professional and the whole team were on hand to answer any questions I had. They were friendly and approachable and always communicated readily; I could always get hold of someone to talk to and my calls and emails were returned within minutes. I would definitely recommend them - their expert and local knowledge put me at ease with the daunting task of selling a house; if only there were more estate agents like Parks around!

GoogleParks sold my flat swiftly and efficiently. During the sale I had various problems with my solicitor and the council, but the team at Parks always did what they could to resolve problems and keep the channels of communication open. Very professional and I would definitely recommend them!
