I sold my house through the Bromsgrove branch and right from the beginning when Tom came out to value my property and selling it in December the team were fantastic. Emma and Amy always communicated with me when there were any updates from my buyers solicitor. All the team were very efficient, polite and very professional.

Bromsgrove Oulsnams sold a deceased estate property. I have used them previously and once again they exceeded expectations with professionalism, courtesy, approachability and expertise. It is good to see the staff there do not keep changing so other than the addition of an administrator it was the same team as two years ago.

They responded to my queries promptly and they helped follow up several times with estate agents in the chain when there were delays.

The staff throughout the process here were great, Michelle, Georgie and Alison all helped us with what became a difficult sale with our upward chain causing delays. They helped with getting communication with solicitors and were always on the end of the phone if needed for reassurance or guidance. Very pleased with the experience with them and everything they did for us. Would recommend.

My partner and I have both used the services of Oulsnam Bournville in recent months. We have found Lizzie and the rest of the team very helpful, polite and determined to provide the best experience possible. They do answer the phone and they do return calls and they do chase issues to resolution. Not always the case these days I am sorry to say, but I have no hesitation in recommending them to any prospective customer. As I said to them in person upon completion of a recent sale ‘well done and thanks to everyone at Oulsnam Bournville!’

Nothing will come close to describing the outstanding service I’ve received throughout the whole experience! As a first time buyer I’m quite clueless about the process but Karen, Rachel, Anna and the whole team have been amazing throughout the whole process! We had a few issues along the way but they’ve always been extremely pleasant, polite, patient and understanding. They all provided a much better service than I could have imagined, I would highly recommend anyone to visit Oulsnam Bournville, such lovely ladies! All the best to the team 😊

GoogleWe bought our house through Oulsnam and they were incredibly helpful throughout the process, from viewings to helping us liaise with our sellers. Communication was great and Lisa and her colleagues were always available to answer any questions and pass on correspondence. They were also very calm and reassuring throughout which I appreciated when there was a lot to do towards exchange and completion. Would highly recommend.

Great viewing experience with Sadie. Showed me a property twice, with very short notice given to the office. Very helpful, polite, good constructive comments about the property and location. Emma in the office was also extremely helpful in organising the viewings and answering my questions quickly Have booked a third viewing to take my daughter to see....
