Having moved to Oulsnam from another Agent, we really needed help selling swiftly. The difference was significantly different from the start with a more personalised tailored approach. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a more caring team. Top agents who genuinely care.

The team were always very patient, supportive and professional. Sadly there were a number of issues to deal with that delayed the sale and completion, none of which were the fault of Oulsnams, they dealt with everything that came up.

Since we moved our small rental property to Oulsnam, every contact we have had with the agency has been positive, and has justified our decision to move to them. Everyone responds immediately to questions, and Oulsnam found us a good tenant very quickly. Despite the fact that our property is small, we have been given an individual contact at Oulsnam, and we look forward to a long and friendly relationship with the company.

GoogleGreat service but lack of critical information about future works on the 50percent owned housing association property lead to blindly purchasing it & spending all my savings on the deposit & solicitor fees.
