GoogleWe bought our first home with oulsnam and I genuinely could not have asked for a better agent. From the first contact, they made an appointment time which was convenient to us as we both work strange hours which don't comply with office times, in fact we first viewed at 8am on Good Friday! We requested a second visit and we were given lots of honest information which put our mind at rest and gave us a firmer understanding of the process of buying a house and, in particular, a house going through probate. Every communication we had there after we felt like Oulsnam were really on our team and when sellers solicitors were slower or we needed a question answering for our own solicitors, oulsnam got onto it straight away and got back in touch as soon as the answer was sent (mostly same day!). When we collected the keys, they shared in our excitement and happiness and we genuinely felt thrilled with our new home and the support recieved. Would HIGHLY recommend Oulsnam and a special mention to Debbie who knew when we called, asked about our life in general and made us smile after each call.

The manager and staff at Robert Oulsnam all worked in our best interest to make our experience of selling our house the best it could be. They took time and effort to support and help us through a very trying and stressful time. The manager and staff made themselves available for any queries and updates that we needed. From start to finish, the Droitwich office was incredibly professional and knowledgeable.

Despite this Lisa especially kept me updated well throughout and chased up people where necessary, and was quick to try to resolve any issues, as well as being very useful in the initial stages with getting me the price I wanted and a little extra! GoogleI was so pleased I chose Oulsnams, Moseley, to sell my house and take me through the process of buying another. James was round promptly to assess the value of my house and take me through the selling process. He'd had it sold within days. Finding another proved more difficult - my surveyor rightly recommended I didn't buy the one in which I was interested. When I backed out, with my buyer keen to move forward, Oulsnams found me another suitable place within 24 hours. On the (odd) time I was stressed, they dealt with me calmly and professionally. They kept me up to date with events and their manners throughout , whoever I dealt with, was exemplory . I've a lot to be grateful to them for would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone wishing to sell. Moseley Oulsnams - you were the best. Thanks!

GoogleWe chose Oulsnam’s to sell the flat as they were the agents when we bought it 18 months ago. We were impressed at the communication from them at that time, and nothing has changed. Excellent service from the moment that James came to view and value the flat at a very difficult time for us through to the incredible amount of work that Lauren carried out to get completion over the line. Lauren kept everyone fully updated and provided an excellent fulcrum for the transaction, despite all parties having to work with a buyer’s solicitor who seemed determined to slow down the most simple conveyance at every stage. Highly recommended.

GoogleI had wonderful experience with Robert Oulsnam, especially with Lauren Bell, who was actually the seller's agent not mine. Lauren kept me informed all the way through the process of buying the property and she kept in regular contact to ensure I was ok, let alone monitoring the purchase of the home I was buying. She advised appropriately where necessary and reassured me about things when the process seemed slow and uncertain. I did in fact say I wished she had been my agent or even solicitor as she was more helpful than both of them put together. Excellent interpersonal skills- friendly and genuinely seemed to care. I can't recommend her highly enough. Thank you Lauren.
