GoogleWe purchased a property from Oulsnam and had Lauren Bell at the agency help. It was a very straight forward process and Lauren was very professional. At no stage did we feel pressured. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. The only feedback is that the shopfront and image looks a bit tired, could do with an update/rebrand - however this should not takeaway form the high quality of their work.

GoogleMy Partner and I looked at many estate agents through Reddicth when looking for a house and found the service we received via Oulsnams Estate Agents was first class and chose to purchase a property through them. The whole process from start to finish was great they have a great team at the office especially Debbie who helped us along every stage of the Buying process supplying valuable advise on any parts we were unsure of and helping us with contacting relevant parties to help the process run smoothly. The Team are all very happy, friendly and welcoming and I would recommend their services to anyone.

GoogleAbsolutely fantastic service from James, Lauren and the Moseley Oulsnam and Co team during the sale of our home in Forest Road. From valuation and photos to marketing strategy, assessment of offers and chasing of solicitors they were attentive, professional and yet friendly and reassuring. All in all an extremely smooth and remarkably stress-free experience thanks to their great experience of the local market and willingness to go the extra mile. Leaving Moseley after 20 years was never going to be easy but when it came to the sale of our house I never doubted we were in the best hands.

Kirsty kept me continuously informed of the progress of our sale and the downward chains regularly as matters progressed. Dealt with all issues / matters efficiently and profesionally. GoogleThe nature of both the sale and purchase were not straightforward but the service from Oulsnams was outstanding. I was kept completely update on any developments in a very timely manner.
