GoogleI made an offer on a house in Redditch. The agent didn't even bother to tell me that my offer was rejected or give me the chance to increase my offer... I only found out that my offer had been rejected because they accidently rang me to say my offer was accepted but phoned the wrong person.

All staff especially Lisa and James were efficient and friendly with a wealth of experience in selling property in the Moseley area A smooth, trouble free process at every stage (valuation, listing, viewings and offers) along with second to none communication with me as the seller. All viewings were handled by them and feedback was given on each one. I thank you all for being just great to deal with.

GoogleLauren's very prompt and positive communications were a deciding factor for me to buy my property. I felt very safe and well represented, and throughout the entire process she had my best interest at heart! Buying was a lengthy process, I was very thankful to Lauren for keeping me up to date with every step, and advising me with how best to move things forward. She aided with all communications with the seller, and both the seller's and mine's solicitor to really push things along. This could have been a very stressful process for me, but thanks to Lauren and the whole Robert Oulsnam team I always felt supported!

GoogleThanks to James and Lauren in particular, we sold our property with the minimum stress. They were both lovely and acted professionally to make sure everyone was updated at the right moment to get the deal done. We were so glad we chose them over some of their unresponsive and clueless competitors, some of whom seemed to know surprisingly little about the local area, and hence offering poor advice and valuations in comparison when we were getting quotes.

GoogleOver the years I have dealt with several estate agents in the area and can confidently say that the service provided by Oulsnam has been the best. It boils down to good communication. Even if matters don't proceed as planned, good communication can make most situations relatively painless and pleasant. Lauren Bell is a credit to Oulsnam & Co.
