We felt confident using Robert Oulsnams from when Lisa made an initial visit right through to completion of the sale. The viewings of our property were well organised. Queries were dealt with promptly and all the people we came into contact with were competent and friendly.

They came and gave advice on what to do to my house. I was able to have a good chat about the price to try for but also to not be too demanding as it is at present a buyers market. I was happy with the price I got and was sold and moved out quickly. Great team at Northfield!

I recently moved to England and wanted to rent a house. I read reviews of real estate companies and found that Oulsnam had very positive reviews, so I decided to choose them. Unfortunately, all my interactions with them have been very disappointing and frustrating. The first time, they forgot to respond to my inquiries twice. The second time, they gave me an appointment, but when I went to the appointment, I didn't find anyone there, not even the residents. I had to wait 45 minutes. I called them and sent them an email, and each time they replied that the visit took place as scheduled. I don't know how this is possible. I even sent them photos of the street and the house to prove that I was at the correct place and time. I honestly don't know why they treated me this way. It's so frustrating.
