GoogleWe would recommend the Redditch branch! Olga was fantastic and very helpful. We never felt like we were asking silly questions. When it came to the key handover, she was out at the time but she left notes for Josh, who was equally as great to deal with and made the final bits very seamless. Thank you both!

The experience with John Shepherd was standard it’s really what you expect it to be. The thing that did stand out for me was Alex genuinely who managed to help me through start to end and explained everything properly to me. He went out his own way to stay after his shift to show me a property because I wasn’t free no other day and this was so beneficial because I’m moving in a day or 2.

We met Mohammed at the property for a viewing he was very professional and polite, had a smile all the time.
