GoogleDon’t bother !! Rented a property for 6 months Was charged for the following Grass and weeds £80 ( even though lawns were overgrown when I moved in plus been winter didn’t really want to cut grass) Oven clean £30 ( even though I cleaned it wasn’t good enough ) Kitchen floor dirty £30 ( even though I had a professional cleaner in ) Bulbs £25 for 2 ( even though these are £1.50 from your local shop ) Be aware !! make sure you go through the inventory check with a fine tooth Combe and write in extra things you spot Plus they are very slow at dealing with issues you have My heating wasn’t working one day so I called securlets to be told it just needs pressurising have a look on you tube how to do it I’m sure this isn’t right as unqualified person shouldn’t be messing with a boiler And to top it off they charge you for moving out £60 Which all comes off your deposit Won’t use them again

The agent (Drew) was very attentive whilst we were viewing the place and soon after we rented the flat we were totally ignored by the agents. The flat came with few light bulbs without working, the fire alarm had no batteries in it and we had a leaking problem that they ignored until the day we moved out. Every time we would pop by the agency to sort these issues they would treat us dismissively and we never got any of our issues for which we reported sorted. Also they charge abusive fees on moving in, contract renewal and even a check out fee. Avoid at all costs!

Absolutely appalling service and would never touch this group of individuals with a barge pole. I have a number of properties i currently let out and thankfully use another agent, however i had to make contact with their property management dept when a property that they currently manage was leaking water into my own flat that i live in below. Appalling rude members of staff who slammed the phone down on me twice when i was obviously stressed because of the damage the water was causing. The dept manager was completely useless and i have had 4 days of water damage and now i have instructed the managing agents to take over and deal with this and any costs incurred will be sent over to them! Steer clear and go to another agent who care, are proactive and helpful which this company are most certainly not !!!!!!

We found Jack to be a very honest agent during the time he was working with us on a potential house purchase. We didn’t end up buying the house but he wasn’t pushy with the sale or feed us the usual ‘waffle’ that some agents do. He did all he could to overcome the objections that we had on the property and would highly recommend him when buying or selling a house.
