I've had a property on the market with John Shepherd for 3 months. We've had no viewings arranged at all. Today I found out that their office is now a café and the office is closed. My emails and phone calls have not been answered. Beware.

Great experience from the moment I first called, arranged a video viewing within minutes, and then straight forward process to getting our new property. Lily, Megan, Junace and I think Connor all gave a positive experience and made life very easy. Thank you all for your help and support to finding our dream new home. Would definitely recommend John Shephard !Also to the gent who opened the door to pick up our keys very polite and welcoming into your office.

GoogleI would never rent again from these scam artists. They will take your deposit and run, and come up with any excuse for the reason. Never, ever rent from these please! Save your money and take it else where!!!!!

I had a viewing with Lily last Tuesday and put in mine and my partners application for our desired property straight away. Within the same day, we had everything sent to us to process and a week later, everything has gone through and been confirmed! It has overall been a great experience, communication was amazing throughout with fast responses to any queries/concerns. The service we had has been outstanding and we couldn’t have had a more smooth and straightforward process. I would 100% recommend John Shepherd Estate Agents and we look forward to moving into our new home ☺️

And indeed it was!!!!If you think all estate agents are the same then do reconsider. We had buyers that pulled out of our sale but even when this happened, the team worked tirelessly and I knew I was in safe hands.All of the team including Lauren, Lisa, Callum and any one else I may have missed off are great to work with and stop at nothing to give you a good service.
