I highly recommend using John Shepherd for letting or selling properties. They are highly professional, friendly and their services are extraordinarily good. I can't compare them with other estate agents I have used before in terms of advising, caring as well as guiding. I will be always using them whenever my property is empty. I am quite optimistic too that they will be able to find me a potential buyer.

Very poor service. I resent the fact that I paid this branch to make this let far more complex, time consuming and costly than had I self - managed the let. Having taken legal advice on their actions, I was advised that they had let me down very badly and that they were not providing me with the correct facts allowing me to access my property or get works done. They failed to pass on my correspondence to my tenants which caused massive problems, and one member of staff even told me that their primary concern was that the tenants were happy and I was of secondary importance. The whole let appeared to be run along the lines of what was the least hassle to John Shepherd. The cost to me of them taking this approach apoeared not to matter to them. I've only given them 2 stars rather than 1 as the branch head appeared to know his stuff ( unfortunately he delegated my let to others who were less capable ) and has offered to try to talk to me about all the mistakes they made. I do feel I should warn others about the service as it certainly fell way way short of what was promised.

John Shepherd is my goto letting agency. Megan especially was phenomenal , honest and of great help to me in securing a nice place to stay. Although, the processes are lengthy, one thing is certain, it was worth the wait. Highly recommended and happy to have recieve their services.

I met Megan on one of the viewing of the houses. She was very professional in her dealings and was very welcoming. The best part was that she was available to be reached during office hours through her cell phone, and made in person viewings possible during covid times a well.Even though i didnt ended up renting the property from john shepherd but i will definately be recommending her to my circle.

I wrote a scathing review last week but must now apologise. I thought that it was the agents who were at fault but it has now become apparent that it was the landlord's mis communication that was the problem. Lauren managed to sort out the problem and get our full deposit back for us.

One of the worst letting agent!! Never ever get any repairs done in time and gives complete ignorance even to urgent issue!! Never rent out from them!!

If you flag something up for maintenance they will ignore you unless you refuse them access when they want to enter the property. Will absolutely rip you off when returning deposit. £110 for cleaning after you clean the place top to bottom. Leave it a mess and at least you'll get your money's worth.

They didn't tell the tenant they switched off the gas and he was without heating and called me at 10PM We agreed on discounted price to find a tenant but they went back to their usual prices AFTER not very professional and doubt will use them again

GoogleTook 3 attempts to contact over 3 days, final voicemail expressing my disgust at lack of contact prompted a call back. Viewing arranged efficiently by Sade with 48 hours notice on a property that we were very interested in, Arrived at scheduled time to be told by the lovely embarrassed couple that the house had sold 24 hours earlier! No call or e mail to explain and a waste of both parties time!
