Yet again still awaiting repairs I reported over 15 months ago, even with a council complaint saying away from the 28 days, this company still don't care. Sadly the landlord isnt interested either. Absolutely disgusting. Stil have had no resolve to my complaint to them.

GoogleOutstanding service. Very efficient. After my first call, they arranged a time to meet at my rental property. They provided very detailed explanations and provided clear quotes for each project. A very professional company. They rented my property out within the first week. They are very respectful to their clients and provide a clear handover for each step of process.

TrustpilotDisappointing, stressful and VERY unprofessional
Currently letting one of John Shepherds properties, who took over from Paul Carr...i'm sad to say. Communication is disgraceful for a professional company. Lack of replies to emails, being passed to 3 different property managers and emails to say i am in arrears due to a alteration to my tenancy not being dealt with in time. Latest email requesting important information is being ignored by the Regional Manager Christina. Any addtional advice in to whether i should contact the property owner direct to make them aware of my experience (ehich has ongoing for a year) or if anyone has had similar experience, would be very interesting to hear.

Caitlin was helpful and reacted swiftly in assisting me to get my deposit back, after my tenancy with the landlord came to the end. I won't hesitate to recommend her should anyone need to rent/lease their property as I believe she will also do a good job for her clients.

I had a very disappointing experience with this agency. I would give them 0 stars if that rating was available.They seem to work only for the landlord and completely ignore tenants. After our tenancy ended, they imposed unreasonable charges without listening to us at all.

Huge huge huge thanks to John Shepherd for this smooth transition to finding a new home! Megan has been an absolute star, making this somewhat daunting process so much easier and more comfortable! Despite my many questions, she's always been on hand to help quickly and efficiently! It's been a really positive experience thanks to her and I've found a fantastic new home. John Shepard have been very supportive and helpful. Megan who I had a viewing with for a property I now live at has been truly helpful, friendly and understanding. I was looking for a place asap and she managed to get a lot sorted for me & I moved in within 2 weeks of viewing. The property was clean, furnished & well looked after. Megan is also very polite and helpful as well as other staff members at John shepherd. A great environment with very polite staff and great customer service. I would definitely recommend :)

I have almost finished my rental process with John shepherd and I have been very impressed and satisfied with the process from start to finish. Brendan Pearce in particular did my viewing and has assisted me throughout the whole process. I knew what was next and was completely at ease with what to expect and what I needed to do so I had a smooth process and minimal stress. Everything was dealt with in a timely manner and I felt that Brendan genuinely wanted to secure me the tenancy and always a pleasure to talk to! Would highly recommend

We have dealt with Megan through this whole process of getting our 1st apartment. Its been difficult for us as I am moving country and Megan has been a great help showing us different places when we only had limited time available. When we found the apartment we wanted she was straight on to the landlord. She kept us updated with everything as we were waiting on feedback to see did we get it. She made it ten times easier for us and any other suitation we have had when moved in it was sorted by Megan. So we appreciate all her help 😊
