I'd like to thank Sue, Alisha, Olga, Michelle, Drew and Mark (apologies if I have missed anyone) and the rest of the John Shepherd Redditch team for their support and help with our property management. Since the beginning they treated our property as if one of their own. We'd like to praise their professionalism and full transparency in all of the matters. They helped us become good landlords towards our tenants via letting us know about the issues and provided their recommendation immediately. Every information was recorded either on emails or in our account. We'd also like to mention the details and organised information they provided with every property inspection. I am not a tenant or landlord, but a neighbour of a property let by John Shepherd. There was an issue with a piece of broken furniture in which could be heard in my property, creating an awful consistent noise. This had been a long standing issue in which the previous lettings agent did not consider part of their remit, and were quite unhelpful. When I heard the property was now managed by John Shepherd, I called and spoke to Caitlin, Property Manager. She was extremely helpful, sorted the issue within a week and kept in contact with me throughout. It is rare that we give positive feedback and I believe we are all judged on how things are managed when things go wrong, which is why I am leaving this review. Thanks for your help, much appreciated.

As a first time buyer, the process seemed very tedious and overwhelming. However the agents (Madilynne and Natasha) made it easier by responding to the emails promptly and explaining the next steps at every step. They have been super helpful with something that is very exciting but also very anxiety-provoking!

I used their letting agency services based in Redditch over many years and would rate them 5* for a professional, personal and friendly service. They are always ahead of the legislation so that I was always letting according to the law and they have a good pool of trades to take care of minor maintenance issues that arise, this is particularly important for me as an overseas landlord.
