Fab fab fab. The initial John Shepherd agent that showed me my new home was Emily, she was pleasant and polite, she put me at ease, and was fantastic during the whole experience. Jamie then put up with me during the next phase after I’d been accepted by the landlord - he was patient and explained everything clearly to me and helped me calm my anxiety. Always available at the end of the phone or an email. Everyone at John Shepherd (Redditch) were friendly and professional cannot fault them. Thank you so much for helping me get my first home on my own - you guys are the best.

We have been with John Shepherd for more than two years. Our experience has been first class. We were anxious about letting our flat but have had superb service from all the staff we have had contact with. The process of finding tenants went very smoothly and the subsequent dealings with John Shepherd whenever there was something that needed to be addressed in the flat was dealt with very efficiently. We were always consulted properly and action taken swiftly. At the end of the tenancy the painting etc in preparation for the next tenant was also handled well. The accounting system is also very easy to understand and follow. We hope the staff we have come to know and rely on don't leave!

We were very happy with the service we received from Gurdev and Harry. They both worked as a team to sell our property, it took longer then anticipated, but through no fault off John Sheperd. The service was pretty good, email responses were very quick which is really good. I did however have to ask for updates along the way when things fell quiet for a period of time. It would be useful to receive at least 1 update every 2 weeks to keep people up to date. Everything else went well. Thank you !

Our initial Rightmove listing was copied and pasted from another estate agents listing for a house a few doors down. We never had a for sale or a sold sign outside of the house. Our house was left unlocked twice and unalarmed…once when we were on holiday. We were told that we should accept lower as it was the ‘best we could get’. This service cost us the best part of £5k. I have since had a call with someone from John shepherd who apologised profusely, which was appreciated.

My agent, Lauren, she is really nice and helpful during whole moving process, house viewing, doing paperwork and after moving in. She followed up everything and replied email really quickly. She said we can move in on 20th, and we actually collected the key on the day. After we moved in, she still keeps replying to my email if I have any questions.
